At Vihaa Herbal, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey toward wellness. To ensure the best experience, we provide a sample with your order so you can test the results before committing to the full product.

Trial & Return Process
Try the Sample First: Upon receiving your package, please open and use the provided sample packet first.

Result Period: If, after using the sample as directed, you do not see the expected results, you are eligible for a return of the main product.

The Main Packet: To receive a full refund, the main product packet must remain sealed and unopened. We cannot accept returns for main packets that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Eligibility
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
